Barrier Cream is Dr. Dermapeutics' core skin barrier cream and forms the foundation for most Dr. Dermapeutics products. The Ceramide:Cholesterol:Fatty Acid 3:1:1 ratio is the key proportion that makes up the skin barrier, and to properly implement this, we use Derma311TM technology.

There are four types of moisturizers: Humectants, Emollients, Occlusives. and Active Ingredients. All four are necessary, but the most important concept is Active Ingredients, which properly fill in parts where the skin barrier has broken down. Most moisturizers only contain emollient and humectant ingredients, so they need to be applied all day long.

However, Dr. Dermapeutics' Barrier Cream, which properly implements the active ingredients and their concentrations, works to systematically rebuild the broken skin barrier, especially for those with particularly dry skin and long-standing skin problems. Therefore, it lasts much longer than ordinaty moisturizers and helps solve skin problems fundamentally

There is no limit to how often you can apply Barrier Cream-the more frequently you apply it. the healthier your skin becomes, SO it's best to apply additional cream whenever your skin feels dry. Applying it 5-6 times a day when experiencing skin issues, or about 10 times a day for severely dry skin, is very helpful.
